Flappy Bird

Flappy Bird

Flappy Bird is a deceptively simple yet notoriously challenging arcade-style game that took the mobile gaming world by storm with its minimalistic design and brutally unforgiving mechanics. In this endlessly scrolling side-scroller, you control a small, pixelated bird attempting to fly through narrow gaps between vertically stacked pipes. With each tap of the screen, the bird flaps its wings and gains a little height, and your only job is to keep it from crashing into the pipes or falling to the ground. While the controls are easy to understand, mastering the timing and rhythm required to maneuver the bird through increasingly tight spaces is what makes the game so addictive—and frustrating.

Every pipe you successfully pass through adds to your score, encouraging you to push a little further with each attempt. There are no power-ups, checkpoints, or second chances—one collision, and it’s game over. The retro-inspired graphics and sound effects add charm, but it's the game’s unforgiving difficulty and competitive scoring system that keep players coming back for “just one more try.” Flappy Bird offers a pure test of patience, focus, and hand-eye coordination in its most distilled form.
